Talking with my marketing director during lunchtime recently he told me about a restaurant in SF bay area where he saw a very nice expo with photos in TV frames.
The fun stuff is that after a few time, the girl on the painting made him a wink. And that is what it is all about : a still image that gets animated only partly.
